Return policy

Applies to products bought directly on the TEA & ZEN website, still sealed and unused.

Request a return within 7 days of delivery, with your order number or invoice. For hygiene reasons, food products with a broken seal cannot be returned unless faulty.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, or exchange for an equivalent product on request.

For faulty or wrong items, we cover two-way shipping. For returns for personal reasons, the customer covers return postage.
